STAND ASIDE OLD MAN WINTER! IT’S SUMMAH TIME!
Despite what the forecasts and thermometers may tell you, in Beerland, it’s already summer. Check out the selection of tasty, light, easy-drinking summer brews that have begun trickling in!
VICTORY SUMMER LOVE – Crisp golden ale made with German malts, European hops, and American flavor. How’s that work? Who cares! (when it tastes this good)
VICTORY KIRSH GOSE – Write this down: Gose is the ‘next big thing’ in the beer world. An unfiltered brew made with 50-60% malted wheat, gose is becoming popular for it’s twangy, slightly unexpected flavor. This brew, made with sour cherries, is a great change of pace and tastes even better as the temperatures rise.
SAM ADAMS SUMMER ALE – Light, easy-drinking ale brewed with lots of malted wheat and hints of lemon zest. Great beer for BBQs, mowing the lawn, or taking in a Phillies game.
YUENGLING SUMMER WHEAT – Made with live yeast, Summer Wheat has a cloudy appearance (think Blue Moon), slightly sweet taste (again, think Blue Moon) and at under $30 per case it will help you enjoy the fancy microbrew taste you want with the not-so-fancy Yuengling price tag you love. And there ain’t nothin wrong with that!
DON’T SEE THE BEER YOU WANT? DON’T FRET! WE’RE GETTING MORE AND MORE SPRING AND SUMMER SEASONAL BEERS EVERY FEW DAYS, SO CHECK BACK AGAIN SOON!
